特性构造/Features:

1. 适用于单、双色鞋底：TR、TPU、PVC、TPR、橡胶射出成型制品，（橡胶射出为客户自选项目）。

This machine is used to produce one/two color outsole in TR/TPU/PVC/TPR/RUBBER material,(Rubber injection can be selected by customer).

2.合模曲臂连杆，可保证锁模更加稳定，所生产成品无毛边。

The crane bar clamping mould makes more stable and final products without rough edges.

3.整机配有自动润滑系统，使机器使用的寿命更长，减少保养时间。

This machine have automatic lubrication system,it can make the machine run more years and reduce maintain time.

4.上模可自动翻转90度自动顶出成品，开模后下模自动移出，确保产品不变形，可完全降低操作员的工作强度。

Upside mold plate can turn 90 degree and push the sole out automatically,downside mold plate go out automatically after open mold,insure the product’s shape don’t broken,and it also reduce working intensity for workers.

5.电脑触摸屏人机界面，配用西门子、施耐德、三菱电器等，确保机器性能的稳定、精准；另有机、电、液、气等自动保护装置，确保机器的运行稳定。

Touch screen computer and PLC system,Adopts Siemens,Schneider,Mitsubishi and etc,to insure the machine’s work can be stable and precise.machine has the automatic protect device for electric/liquid/air.

6.具有成品顶出功能，成品取出容易，模板、模具自带冷却系统，可加快成品定型，提高产量。

Automatic compensation for mold thickness and suitable for different size of moulds to enhance production flexibility.Mold plate and mold have cooling system,it can makes the product shaping faster and increase the production capacity.

7.可选配伺服电机，可大大节省电能的消耗，（此项为客户自选项目）。

It has servo motor which can save lots of electric consumption,protect earth environment.(It can be selected by customer).
